Day Street Apartments is currently under construction and is designed as a U-shaped building with a central courtyard with adjacent on-grade parking and features a wide, landscaped frontage and dry streambed for stormwater management.

The plant palette is a combination of olives, native oaks, native grasses and shrubs, succulents, and decomposed granite topdressing. Behind the building, we’ve incorporated a small dog run, basketball half court, and raised planters for community gardening along with 8 lemon trees for tenant use.
