This low income housing project by A Community of Friends and designed by Richard Barron is located in the San Fernando Valley and was completed in 2007.

The multi-story apartment building contains two courtyard niches providing community spaces for the tenants. A larger courtyard/tot lot area is partially over structure but still able to support one large shade tree and the other smaller courtyard is filled with a raised planter and another large shade tree.
